These terms govern your use of PlayerIQ, operated by Muhammad Shakeel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

PlayerIQ is a player assessment tool for youth football camps. Coaches record assessments, parents view their child's progress, and directors track camp-wide progress.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Directors are responsible for having appropriate authority and consent to enter player and roster data for their camp.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for anything unlawful; attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization; upload content you don't have the right to share; or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

Player data responsibility

Directors and coaches are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent before entering a player's information into PlayerIQ, in line with applicable law.

Subscriptions

Some camp features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer

PlayerIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment scores reflect a coach's subjective evaluation and are not a guarantee of a player's future performance or prospects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using PlayerIQ and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
